Senior level Providex Programmer/Analystfor a computer consulting firm with offices in Tampa and Orlando, Florida - customizing, enhancing and maintaining a wholesale distribution software package, FACTS.
Assume responsibility of programming, customizations, and modifications working closely with company account managers and end-users to ensure common goals are met.
It may be required for you to make periodic customer site visits to become familiar with their business problems, develop solutions to establish long lasting relationships and trust.
You may be asked to attend certain prospective customer meetings, providing technical pre-sales support with active participation to help ensure company’s understanding of the prospect’s business requirements and expectations.
